After the move to Kearney, Moore Construction began building homes in the Eastbrooke and Stoneridge developments located northeast of town, in the Rolling Hills development located west of town, as well as in the Parkview Estates development located southwest of town. Moore Construction was incorporated in 2000.
The Parkview Estates is a development of Kelly and Laureen Rapp. Their partnership with Moore Construction, Inc has resulted in the unfolding of one of Kearney's newest and most progressive neighborhoods. The main highlights of the Parkview Estates neighborhood is the location—it is walking distance to the new Kenwood Elementary School, Yanney Park, and the swimming pool & disc golf field in Centenial Park.
